Sorting Algorithms - Bubble, Selection, Insertion, Shell and Radix

This is a video showcases some basic sorting algorithms. In this video you can find examples of the bubble, selection, insertion, shell and radix sorts.
Please note that this video does not necessarily reflect the speed or effectiveness of the sort itself.



Green dots indicate the dot is in it's correct position
Blue dots are what are currently being looked at and considered
Pink dots are what are being compared against

To understand what the blue lines are in the radix sort I recommend googling it to find out more or watch videos that can be found on YouTube.



All sorts shown here were programmed by myself using Processing.py which can be found here:

(Additional steps are required after downloading to set up the Python version as it is a Java based tool)

Hopefully over time I will be creating more of these sorting algorithms and sharing them here.
