A meeting between the Deputy President William Ruto and the Council Of Governors over the division of revenue bill standoff, failed to break the deadlock Monday morning with another meeting set for Monday next week. The meeting however agreed that treasury will disburse 65 Billion shillings as part of the 100 Billion owed to the counties, before the next meeting which will be attended by speakers of both houses and the parliamentary leadership
