Day In My Life as a Plumber 10, Balanced flue Old skool , Gas Escapes and kids

This video is about Day In My Life as a Plumber 10. On todays video we are called to a Toilet that is running constantly and needs a repair, whilst there the child decides to talk about poo to me and i discover that she's a Unicorn Mechanic ! with that we then go back in time and find ourselves looking at a Balanced flue boiler that is pretty old and still working. I have great fondness for these old boilers as it enables me a type of work that is becoming rarer and rarer as everyone wants them on the grass. With some 3 Carbon monoxide detectors inc a Spot one which is still ok but clearly has no Audible alarm one of them had in the past started making noised. The owner very wisely added a new Fireangel to the Ensemble and this proved successful, unfortunately the boiler stopped as he could no longer light it hence my call out. A real privilege to get some more hours with one of these. This one goes out to You Fibre me old Mucker. Then its off to Sort another gas escape. Thanks for watching.
