Towing Knuckleheads Damage Motorcycle

After my steering has been damaged when my bike got towed, I was a little bit curious on how they actually tow motorcycles.

They do this on a daily basis without any repercussions as they simply claim that the motorcycle was damaged before they even touched it (as the towing agent stated in the video 5:15), leaving the owners with thousands of dollars of repair costs if they're not fully insured. All in the name of a 50$ ticket, no remorse for their actions.
