I went overboard in my zeal to reduce the sodium in this tasty and filling dish of Organic Whole Wheat Angel Hair Pasta (also known as capellini) topped wilt Wild Gulf Shrimp. So, I’m recommending serving plenty of grated Parmesan with this seafood pasta in a sauce of extra-virgin olive oil, white wine, organic diced tomatoes, garlic and shallots. The pasta is from Whole Foods Market in Closter, N.J., the frozen wild shrimp from Costco Wholesale in Teterboro, N.J.
