Pig Snoots
Onion
Garlic
Your favorite meat rub or salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika.
Fill a pot with water, add onions, garlic cloves and snoots. Boil until tender, about 30 to 40 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
After snoots have cooled, season the boiled snoots with your favorite meat rub or seasoning of your choice.
Using a cookie sheet and rack, place the seasoned snouts on the rack and place in the preheated oven (middle rack of oven) and cook until crispy. Check on them periodically and turn pan if your oven doe not cook evenly, cook for about about 50 to 60 minutes.
