Judo strategy: What to do in losing position RvR

Here is a common question. What should I do in a losing position in Judo? You can go for a bail out attack, (RvR: drop left ippon seoi, sumi, tomoe) or you can look to win back the position. This is one of my favorites. Of course, you can use this in any sort of variety. You can mix and match your skills and use this idea for inspiration.
