Mushrooms in Rural and Urban Spaces with Steve Gabriel and Yolanda Gonzalez — Mushroom Webinar

In the first half of the August edition of the Cornell Small Farms Program’s monthly mushroom webinar series, extension specialists Steve Gabriel and Yolanda Gonzalez discuss the ways mushrooms can help solve complex social and environmental challenges in both rural and urban spaces such as conscientious forest management and waste recycling.

These free webinars occur on the first Wednesday of each month, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, and are recorded and posted for later viewing on CornellMushrooms.org and on the Cornell Small Farms Program’s YouTube channel.
