President Museveni has tasked the youth in Jinja to form SACCOs if they are to benefit from financial support from the government. Museveni's call came as he met over 342 youth delegates, who turned up for the at the National youth council in Jinja. One of the youth council leaders, George Abdul says they are struggling to remain without state support.
