If you approach something with a 'price first' approach, you limit the service you provide because you are thinking about money first and foremost. If you think about experience and focus on creating the best experiences then sales come more naturally because people can't help but gravitate towards an amazing experience. Cost is only ever an object if the experience is sub-standard. Cost wont be question when someone is so excited to experience something you offer and that experience offers something exceptional.
Think experience design over price wars. If you want to create customers and keep them, you have to be constantly innovating in the experience department.
