The Need to Evaluate Your Church, Organization, School or Business 1 (Essential Nine-Step Process)

It's essential that we evaluate our church, organization, school or business from time to time. If we don't evalulate, how can we determine our health? If we're not evaluating our health, then how do we know if we're a healthy entity or a sick entity. However, to evalaute, we must have a standard. A general standard for our entity and a standard for the various parts of our entity.

These two videos will give criteria for evaluating a church, but the principles can be applied to schools, organizations or businesses.
