This is to notify You, YouTube, of liability for the value of My time in replying in comments on Your platform.
Despite a previous notice on July 4, 2019 ( wherein I offered evidence that comments of Mine were being shadow-banned, censoring Me...
And that I expected this behavior to cease, given My comments held no bullying, harassment, hate speech, or other violation of policy, I have now evidence that You persist.
Given that You claim to be a free speech platform, and given censorship is antithetical to that claim, under Ethics, You are liable for the value of My time...
In creating comments and replies meant to be seen by the public at large.
To claim to uphold free speech and then censor comments that do not breach the terms of service is a defraud.
Here I will present My evidence that I have been censored, occurring on the video at this link:

The comments were made on August 6, 2019, the date the video was uploaded, and as You can see the shadow-banned comment did not contain any bullying, harassment, hate speech, or other violation of policy.

It did contain data that Some would rather be censored, however. Ergo, My free speech, a foundational right, is unEthically being censored.
The value of My time is $100,000 an hour. As it took Me 15 minutes (in My disabled state) to type that piece and publish it, You are liable for $25,000 to Me.
In addition, You are liable for past censorship and anguish therefrom, which I will state is valued at $100,000, making the total of Your liability to Me $125,000.
The link to this Notice of Liability will be sent in an email directly to Your legal team, though it falls under Ethics. Ethics trumps legal, every time.
You can discuss with Me how to proceed in clearing Your Ethical liability in replying to that email.
I have the following demands, and henceforth expect them to be met, else further liability to Me by YouTube will be incurred:
1. No comment or reply of Mine be censored unless it contains bullying, harassment, hate speech, or other violation of policy
2. No suppression of My work take place – the value of My time in creating My videos, and therefore Your liability, will amount into the millions if I am suppressed
3. Notification of all My new videos be delivered to every subscriber to My channel who has clicked the “bell” to receive all notifications
4. All comments and replies I make are to be delivered through Notifications to the Ones I am addressing and be available for viewing to All
5. I am to be notified of all comments addressed to Me
6. My videos are to be recommended to Others who watch similar videos to the ones I choose to watch, at least to 10 (ten) viewers a day
7. My view stats, thumbs up and down, and all other data on My videos be untampered with, showing honest numbers
These are the expectations We all have in using Your platform, based on Your presentation and policy, and by diminishing, disregarding, tampering, hiding, suppressing, and otherwise distorting Truth...
You become Ethically liable to Us.
I expect Ethical resolution within 30 days of My email to Your team, delivering the link of this Notice of Liability.
