Firstly, this video is probably not suitable for under 18s. Secondly, it is not a criticism or judgement of people using apps like grindr or looking for sex online.
I've done it for long enough but now it's time to delete the apps and stop looking for sex online for the sake of my mental health.
I hope it might someone else in the same position as me to put their wellbeing first too.
