Behind The Scenes Of A New Zealand Bodybuilding Competition

Before I started bodybuilding, I never even thought about what a competition would be like. While I coached this aesthetic AF crew going in (except for Tim, credit to his coach), the medals wouldn't have happened without their hard work. Also unsure as to why the entire team is looking like we came from Subtle Asian Traits lmao it just worked out that way.

Unfortunately, I won't be teaching you how to diet, get abs, or get shredded in this video. But hey, at least you'll see what a competition is like through the lens of a coach and athlete? As the late, great Zyzz once said "we're all gonna make it brahs". After all these years, I suppose he's right.
