Five essential core exercises

Five essential core exercises 1) One-leg plank to high knee
(Put one leg in TRX. Get in plank position then stand up and bring leg to high knee toe up position)

2) Standing Russian twist
(Grab a medicine ball and stand against a wall. Bring medicine ball put straight in front of your chest and rotate from side to side 10x while keeping your back straight)

3) Swiss Ball Mountain Climber
(Forearms on the ball in plank position, and with hips level, slowly bring one knee in towards ball, and hold for a sec, then alternate, 10 x each)

4) Dead bug with Swiss ball
(Lay on your back while putting pressure on the Swiss ball with your knees and forearms. Slowly lower your opposite arm and leg 10x each side)

5) Side hold out and in
(Use an elastic cord or machine and bring your arms out and in 10x on each side)

Bonus: Big Toe Lifts
(Using a band, put your big toe in the band. Lift your big toe up and down resisting against the band as you keep your other toes on the ground)
