This past week was Pokemon Go's 2019 water festival event. And to celebrate Niantic released both shiny Barboach and Carvanha into the game. Continuing my insane luck from the last few events, I manage to score another 8 shinies!! But with less than a week remaining in raids, was one of these finally my shiny Rayquaza?
