Recently, I had the opportunity to hang out and collaborate with fellow bodyweight fitness & flexibility YouTuber Antranik Dot Org.

He is a bodyweight fitness & flexibility expert and I figured it would be a good opportunity to learn a thing or two from him.

Right now I am able to do the rings muscle up, but I’ve always struggled with the bar muscle up, especially with the false grip.

In this video, we go over how to progress to a strict bar muscle up! Specifically, one particular drill that will help you build the strength for the strict bar muscle up. That’s right. No kipping!
