MOIST COCONUT CHEESE MACAROONS

MOIST COCONUT CHEESE MACAROONS Ingredients:

3 eggs
1/2 cup of cheese( grated)
2 cups pancake mix
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup of melted butter
1/2 cup coconut cream or milk
1 1/2 cup desicated coconut
1/4 cup milk

this will make 20-22 pcs. of cupcakes

Baked 180 degree Celsius for 20 - 25 mins depend on your oven.

if you want your macaroons more coconut taste add more 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut same procedure for more chessy taste add more 1/2 cup of cheese. You can also replace coconut cream/ milk into fresh milk or evap .As i always say it depend on personal taste pa rin di ba. Be adventurous on flavor . Baking is always trial and error just enjoy and have fun with it.
