Storms will come. Some storms are furious. Some are monstrous. Some are health storms. Some are family storms. Some are financial storms. Some are natural storms, like hurricanes, blizzards, tornadoes, earthquakes. Some storms are so violent and powerful that we seem powerless in our natural selves to effect them. Or are we powerless? Is there something that we can do in the midst of threatening storms? Prayer is our weapon. Pray God's Word. Pray Psalm 91. Pray Philippians 4:7. Pray 2 Chronicles 20. Take authority over satan and demonic spirits. Remember, satan prowls around "like a roaring lion." Resist him and he will flee. Storms can be extremely powerful, but always remember that God is ALMIGHTY. God's power is infinitely more powerful than any storm we might face. Draw near to God when storms come and stand on His Word. His faithfulness is our shield and rampart (Psalm 91). Fear not, for God will never leave us or forsake us. His love is unfailing. He is unfailing.
