We often get a lot of questions about "what shampoo should I use, which conditioner should I use, what is your secret, what vitamins should I take" and so on.
This is of course important too, but not as significant as the factors above.

Your hair will never grow long and be long and healthy for a long period of time if you use great hair products, take vitamins, BUT have a negative mindset, no patience and a bad lifestyle.
Fix your lifestyle, diet and mindset first, then start exercising, THEN start focusing on what shampoo you should use etc.

Also don't forget that genes plays a big role in having great hair length and health, but don't use that as an excuse or let it stop you!

This video shows you some very easy and light exercises you can do no matter your weight, hair length etc. You don't need a lot of equipment (we recommend buying a dumbbell), and you can even wear your hair all down even if you have very long hair while doing this light exercise.
