Part 4 - Shroud Boss Fight and Through the Subway
We begin with a little upgrading back at Ward 13 before continuing through Earth and eventually back down in the sewers. This time though, we are being harassed by the boss of the dungeon known as Shroud. We encounter him several times in the sewers, before we make it to the end and eventually put him down. It's an intense first boss fight, as we learn about the arrow barrages, Joel and Chris teach me what Ads are, and I learn that resurrecting people takes away healing charges. Once through the sewers though, we are back in a different part of the Earth Realm, and begin searching for more dungeons. What we find is a subway tunnel that we need to progress through to advance to the next area. Here we are introduced to new root enemies that light on fire when you shoot them, and we find other root enemies hanging off the ceiling. It's an interesting dungeon, but we are glad to make it out to the other side. We have another interesting encounter coming up next time, one that is crucial to the story, so stay tuned!
