Novelo tells Stuart, “It has been an enjoyable but though journey from the U.D.P. supporter to Standard Bearer of the party. I have learnt many lessons and made many friends who became my supporters. I don’t want to be counted out for one day I may seek public office again…” Homero also tells Stuart that he is stepping down due to personal reasons.
