if you look back on other videos you will see this bathroom had excessive rot mold and damages to wall since it just need to be gutted ,and replaced and this is where were staying today .We have totally replaced the subfloors, installation !!Started with the green backboard mold and mildew resistant board.. and shower installation of plumbing and all electrical wiring and outlets had been replaced ..The coast at this point is Under $1500.00 we are working on it a little at a time due to Financial limitations,but as money come in we do a little here and there !!
