A Practice Of Discipline: Gym Commitment For Rest Of Year Exercising is definitely one of the biggest factors determining my mental and emotional health. When I am disciplined and consistent regarding working out / exercising I always feel so much better. Thank you for keeping me accountable.

I have done similar commitments like this in the past years ago. I want to give a thank you to Lana Blakey because she did a similar commitment recently and that was one of the inspirations for me to do this:

The only exception would be if I'm sick. If I am on a trip or if it's a holiday where the gym is closed, I'm permitted to do a home workout (pushups, body squats, abs, jog, etc.)
