Owners of land and real estate can unite together in communities of homeowners. Each community is a set of smart contracts. By using convenient UI, owners can vote on important topics, collect public budgets and elects managers. :arrow_right: In this video you can see how property owner joins public community by two transactions:
1. Property owner adds new community to his personal “locker” smart contract. This contracts is used to block land or real estate token transfer while the Owner is a member of the community.
2. He creates a Reputation in community. Reputation is used as a main variable for voting and equal to square meters of land or real estate.
Now property owner has reputation in this community and can participate in important votings, like voting for the new law.
