Does the Bible accurately predict the exact time Jesus would “arrive?” If so, can we prove that the prediction happened hundreds of years ahead of time – and not “after-the-fact?” If so, who made this prediction, and how did they know exactly what would happen? Was the prediction really so precise that is was accurate down to the exact year? How do we know? Can this actually be proven? Is there evidence? If all of this really is true, what would this say about the true identity of the Bible? Do fake, meaningless, man-made books produce pinpoint predictions of future events given hundreds of years ahead of time? Could a book like that really be inspired only by mortal men? Can men really know the future with exact precision and accuracy?
What would this mean about the validity of the Bible? What would this tell us about the true Author? Would it mean that the true Author had to be from outside of the dimension of time altogether? Could this be one of the evidences that the true Author uses to authenticate His Word as being “not from man?”
If all of this was true, what implications would this have on the rest of the Bible? Would this only be one of many evidences that show it to be trustworthy? And what implications would that have on your life personally? If there is an Author outside of time, does that mean there is an existence after this life? When you die, is that really the end…. or is there more?
