The village of Filby has won the Gold Award at the Britain in Bloom Awards for 2019. Filby, in East Norfolk, had already won the Anglia in Bloom Gold Award earlier in the year, and was awarded with the Gold Award for villages at the Britain in Bloom Awards ceremony in London on Saturday.
