30 min Gentle Yoga Sequence to recover and recuperate #yoga #indianyoga #exercise This is a complete 30 min Yoga Sequence that I practised while recovering from Dengue. It can also be used while recovering from any illness which has caused weakness and fatigue. It's a restorative yoga flow which uses body-breath coordination to gently energize the body.

Please note this yoga sequence is useful only during the recovery period and not when you are sick or have a fever. During those times plenty of rest is recommended and you should always consult with your Doctor. Do not continue any practice if it causes pain, discomfort or if you have to force yourself to do it.
