Turkey Burgers:
1 lb. Ground Turkey
½ c. prepared stuffing
⅓. C. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 T. dried cranberries
1 egg, lightly beaten
¼ c. finely diced onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. Salt
½ t. pepper
Olive oil

Cranberry Mayo:
½ t. Mustard
2 ½ T. Mayo
2 ½ T. cranberry sauce (I used canned jellied cranberry sauce- it mashes and blends nicely)

Brioche Buns
Butter
Lettuce (Microgreens)

Saute onions until they start to caramelize. Add garlic and saute for a few more minutes. Remove from heat.
Prepare Stuffing.
Combine onions and garlic with all the other ingredients from ground turkey to pepper.
Divide and form into patties. You can make them as big and thick as you like. I made mine smaller and thinner so they would fit our brioche buns.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Cook the patties until golden brown. For the size I made mine it took just a few minutes on each side.
While patties are cooking prepare the mayo by mixing all three ingredients in a small bowl.
Spread a thin layer of butter on both sides of the brioche buns. Place in skillet, butter side down and lightly toast.
To assemble, place your patty on the bun spread mayo on patty and top with lettuce!
