highly efficient stop and chop cataract surgery

From watching videos here on CataractCoach.com, you're aware that my favorite method of nucleus division is phaco chop. Any form of chop, whether it's horizontal chop, vertical chop, combo chop, flip-and-chop, or even pre-chop, is an efficient way of performing the surgery, minimizing phaco energy, and being minimally-traumatic.

But there are also other great methods of nucleo-fractis, such as stop-and-chop which was described by Paul Koch MD many years ago. This is a hybrid between divide-and-conquer and phaco chop and it is relatively easy to master for most surgeons. Stop-and-chop can be very efficient as well.
