LOTPOTI - Heart, Liver & Giblets Mixed Tasty Curry Cooking By Women - Chicken Best Parts recipe

Do you know what is called Lotpoti? Did you ever taste potato mixed chicken lotpoti curry? Lotpoti means mixed curry of chicken hearts, Liver & giblets with potato.

Lotpoti is the most tasty parts of chicken. If you mixed up chicken heart, liver and giblets together and make spice curry that will be yummy food item.

Here we arranged about 60 KG chicken best parts(heart+liver+giblets) and then women clean all the giblets and remove chicken shit from the giblets and clean all others parts as well. Then they cutting potato into small small pieces.

Then women mixed up all the spice ingredient and lotpoti with potato.

They also cooked about 50KG rice to serve with chicken lotpoti to whole village people.

After finish cooking women serve the food to whole village people.
