So you see, manufacturing is also important. This way they will have food on their table 3 times a day.

Poverty alleviation will also need dedication from the doctors.

The government will have to provide each family with a physician and a medical allowance.

You will have to keep checks and balances so that no one misuses this facility.

Over time the poor families will come out of poverty.

Crime rate will decrease, they will have food on their table, they won't beg and have time for recreational activities. You can use suggestibility to inculcate a learning mindset in them. This will enable them to start their education.

Not only will this bring them out of poverty but it will also educate them to become self-reliant.

It will be a learning experience for both. The poor and the government officials.

For instance, if you get stuck in a problem, you will take opinions from the locals. Solve their issues and help them help themselves.

Putting another human being out of trouble will take you to heaven.
