hi, it's me. today i'm here because i still want to talk about fast food, previously on my youtube, i talked about some advantages and disadvantages of fast food but it's not enough. so that's a reason why today i'm here to talk about fast food again. like the name, fast food is very fast, develop and available everywhere. the first advantage of fast food is very convenient, you needn't spend too much time preparing your meals include thinking about menu, shopping, cooking, washing.. it's impossible if you got a tight schedule. Even more three meals per day is very hard, so the fast food is a good solution give you the option to eat something in stead of skipping your meal. besides eating fast food item helps you to manage your schedule more effectively. you can save a lot of time for other work, saving more time means earning more money. further more, the serve of fast food is more and more professional but money you have to pay is very reasonable
but i think don't talk too much about advantages, fast food still have a lot of disadvantages.Let's see. I really sure about fast food is very convenient, so that's a reason why more and more people abuse it. besides, the ingredient of fast food is very high levels of sugar, fat, calories and low of nutrition. Actually if you are a healthy person, maybe fast food is not good choice because it increases the risk of heart problem and sick. even more, i'm not sure about the quality of fast food. Because they serve a lot of people in short time. No one can guarantee your meal don't have any problem.
