Vigilance Wing is surprisingly not considered the best pulse rifle, how!? | 61 Defeats

I've seen this pulse rifle a couple times, but not close to the amount of times I see other popular pulse rifles like Bygones, Blast Furnace, Go Figure, and Outlast. Vigilance Wing was never really bad, but for whatever reason it lost alot of its popularity. This is a meta that heavily favors scouts and pulse rifles, so I figured I'd take it out and see how it performs. It ended up giving me a high kill game with ease. Enjoy.
