Changi Airport Group commits $10 million to upskill 2,000 workers Changi Airport Group (CAG) will commit $10 million over the next two years to improve 2,000 workers' skills in areas like data and programming. CAG has agreed to work with the Singapore Manual and Mercantile Workers' Union to form a Company Training Committee (CTC). With the initiative, CAG employees can attend up to 10 days of digital-focused training in areas like programming and robotics. More than 60 CTCs have been formed since it was first announced in April.
The labour movement is targeting to form 1,000 CTCs over the next three years.
