The Duchess of Cornwall opened the doors to her Clarence House home in London today and invited a group of extra-special children to decorate her Christmas tree.
Camilla was hosting her annual party for seriously and terminally ill children from two charities she supports - Helen & Douglas House and Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity.
