This is a getting started series for the products found on my online shops!

In this video, we setup a 4.2" 400x300 pixel e-Paper/e-Ink Display (EPD) to display custom images using an ESP8266:

e-Paper/e-Ink is a display technology that mimics the appearance of ink on paper. Unlike conventional displays, e-Paper reflects light just like ordinary paper and is capable of holding text and images indefinitely, even without electricity. Due to its ultra-low power consumption, wide viewing angle, and clarity of display (even without power), e-Paper is an ideal choice for applications such as labels, tags, badges, and others where fast refresh rates aren't necessary.

Arduino Library for the e-Paper Display:
Available through Tools – Manage Libraries... – GxEPD2 and Adafruit_GFX
