Many batsmen face this issue and continuously i recieved mail and messages from viewers to tell them how to get the stability of back leg. Here is the drill to get the proper stability.
This drill shown in the video will help you with back leg stability and balance.
The two bricks weight will hold the batsman leg on spot and will put some pressure on his/her leg.
The weight will remind batsman to keep his/her back leg stable.
Drill set-up:-
1) Tie 2 bricks at your back leg tightly.
2) Try to tie it towards angle side so that batsman can raise his/her heel.
Note:- You can also use thera band or tube to get the stability. Soon will post that drill too.
