suture fixated IOL but without need to burry knots#1

- patient describes thumbnail image as seeing when lying down looking as ceiling (note patient perceives it as inverted; although haptics are outside of macula, the eyelets could be clearly made out patient)
- 1 h video but IOL fixation relatively easy; no need to tie and burry a sclera knot (which can break) as suture is passed through scleral several times
- suture is secured firm enough yet allows for adjustment
surgeon should have created superior limbal incision later but iris did not suffer too much
