This process is found in the book Ask & it is Given, by Abraham Hicks, see link below:- By focusing on the positive aspects of a person or situation, you enhance that quality and by law of attraction, more of that will be brought to you, so it makes sense.
Get a notepad and at the top put the title of the person or situation you want to see the positive aspects of, and let the words flow onto the paper. Have fun.
