A musician learns firsthand that citing amendments, codes and statutes, or case law does nothing to prevent what knuckle dragger‘s want to happen during an encounter. If they want to violate a persons rights they are going to violate their rights, doesn’t matter what that person uses as justification or protection from their tyranny.
The Constitution is a worthless document, a joke for the slaves to believe in and think that they or their rights are protected from anything by referencing that document. It didn’t grant anyone the ability to see, speak or process information, it sure as Hell cant grant the use of those abilities to express ourselves freely and openly; a right we are all granted the moment we enter this existence
