Explaining several issues he faced in the state since assumed office, the West Bengal governor said that the most painful moment of his life was when the chief minister Mamata Banerjee after meeting PM Narendra Modi at a programme went to a protest rally and hinted that the PM could have been dealt with differently, had he taken the road, instead of taking the air and water route to reach places. he questioned the CM's authority to say such things about the PM when he is the constitutional head of state.
