So when I came across a video featuring a gorgeous Victoria's Secret model effortlessly performing double unders, I thought, ah, easy peasy, I should be able to do that in no time at all.
Wrong! All I did was whack myself in the head over and over because I just could not clear the rope. Obviously, I had my work cut out for me. So I set out to practice everyday for 4 weeks and by the end of it, I managed to do two in a row.
