Marie Flanigan Designs a Sophisticated Dollhouse | Dollhouse Beautiful | House Beautiful

On a Thursday this fall, the team at Marie Flanigan Interiors is gathered around a table in the office, all hands on deck. No, they're not reviewing floorplans for a new build or putting their heads together on fabric swatches. Armed with glue guns and sewing kits, they are piecing together miniature decor for Flanigan's Dollhouse Beautiful house. "As soon as I told my team about this they all wanted to be involved," says Flanigan, the Houston-based Next Wave designer. That's how the entire team ended up dedicating an all-staff "craft day," where they ironed pleats in miniature curtains, reupholstered tiny furniture, and cut fabric swatches into pint-sized rugs.
