Our second speaker was Jessica Lays, COO of Andre Valentino. She shared how technology has helped her company to see that within each demographic has a specific customer preference special to that particular location.
Alongside, we have Angelina Winata, the BDR of Retail Performance Solutions. She shared that shopping experience is still everything, even digital natives are jumping into brick-and-mortar retail. That's why, to stay ahead of the competition, retailers must figure out their unique point of differentiation.
