Mrs Shiba Minai has been released just now, Muzaffer Ullah Khan Adv is at CCS Mrs Shiba Minai who took part in #FlashProtest at #Tolichowkhi and was shown as accused along with Mrs Khaleda Parveen in Crime No: 16/2020 U/s 143, 341, 290 r/w 149 IPC & 21/76 CP Act was called by Inspector of Police, Golconda to serve CrPC Notice, She went to Golconda PS along with her Advocates, The Golconda Police instead of serving her CrPC notice detained her and after sometime took her to CCS and questioned her about who is organising this FlashProtest every day which has become an headache for Hyderabad Police.
As soon as Muzaffer Ullah Khan (Adv) received the news of Shiba Minai being tortured by CCS police he reached there and spoke to senior officials and got her released.
