'Smart seed' looks to help farmers manage climate change

Scientists in the UK are working on an electronic smart seed they hope will help farmers manage climate change. The device measures soil and weather conditions and the data it produces should help save water, cut waste and boost crops. Our correspondent Sarah Morice has more.
