Be Mindful of How You Label Your Food When you label your food Breakfast, lunch, dinner. You will eat how your mind was trained to eat those certain meals. Take for example breakfast consist of high sugar foods such as cereal, pancakes, and granola.

Replace those labels with meal 1, meal 2, meal 3 and so on. This allows your brain to think it doesn’t matter what time it is and therefore any food you choose will be ok.

Go for more fruits, vegetables, and protein.
