RAF personnel who get cargo and humanitarian aid ready to fly anywhere in the world at short notice have been practising their skills. 1 Air Mobility Wing have been taking part in Exercise Swift Pirate at RAF Wittering, testing their ability to respond to emergencies at short notice. The four-week exercise has seen the squadron practice loading and off-loading equipment, checking kit, setting camp and dealing with a sudden attack.
