A few trains at Union, NJ with the Illinois Terminal Heritage Unit again and NS 4000! 7|21|19

On July 21, I decided to head over to Union for a little bit and I happened to see NS 1072 again on 24Z and I also happened to see NS 4000 running as lite power! I stayed for about 5 hours and saw quite a few trains. Anyway, this was a nice railfanning day! I was with Anthony Lanza for one train.

1: Norfolk Southern D9-44CW and NS 1072! pulling an intermodal train of 63 cars

2: CSX ES44AH pulling a manifest train of 133 cars with another ES44AH trailing in the middle

3: 2 Norfolk Southern AC446Ms and a D9-40CW pulling an intermodal train of 55 cars with a nice hornshow!

4: Norfolk Southern ES40DC and a D9-40CW pulling an intermodal train of 99 cars

5: CSX CW44AC and an SD50-3 pulling an intermodal train of 71 cars

6: Conrail Hi Rail passes by

7: NS 4000 passes by as solo light power!
